Terms & Conditions
- Capacity: All party bookings are limited to a maximum of 15 children per party. It is mandatory for all children attending the party to be aged 6 years or older.
- Accessibility: Please note that our party unit does not cater for disabled people just yet , however this will be changing in the near future. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Lighting: The interior of the party premises is dark and equipped with neon lights which may include flashing lights. Please be advised that individuals sensitive to light or prone to seizures should take necessary precautions.
- Booking Confirmation: Party bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the scheduled party date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Supervision: It is the responsibility of the party organiser to ensure appropriate supervision of all children attending the party.
- Behaviour: We kindly request that all guests adhere to respectful and appropriate behaviour while visiting our premises . Any damage or theft caused to its amenities will be the responsibility of the party organiser not Deluxe Duo Parties.
- Food and Beverages: Food, party bags, cake whatever you want to bring to make it special can be brought to the premises. We have a gorgeous set up where parents can relax whilst we entertain the children. The children can eat there food here at the end of the party or take home.
- Liability: Deluxe Duo Kids Parties Ltd shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the party. Parents/guardians of attending children are responsible for their supervision and well-being.
